About the game

Lucky Punk is a loud, punk-fueled push-your-luck deckbuilder where every risky draw could make or break your post-apocalyptic crew. We've distilled the deckbuilder into one simple choice: Draw another card and push your luck or Stop and play it safe. Where most card battlers hide randomness or over-use RNG, Lucky Punk always shows you the odds. It's a game where every choice matters, every decision is transparent, every risk is yours, and well, every failure? Completely deserved. 💀

The campaign will run from the 10th October until the first day of Steam Next Fest 19th October.

Creators who join the campaign are asked to create dedicated video content featuring Lucky Punk across all VOD platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok. Our goal is to make some noise and collect Wishlists.

What's so special about Lucky Punk anyway?

It’s a fast-paced turn-based roguelite built for quick, high stakes runs, constant tension and instant emotional outcomes that will either have you win or fail spectacularly.

The builds actually interlock with each other in different ways, so you'll find new synergies each time you play. Strategies range from normal ones like Block, to weird ones like rewarding Exhaustion, to "you can do this?!?!" ones like marking the back of your cards to help you identify them, you dirty cheater. 😏

Instead of the usual grimdark gloom in the genre, we’ve got a bright 2D comic style all hand-dran with tongue-in-cheek humor in an eco-dystopia of sulfur haze. An absolutely vibrant punk-pocalypse full of strange plants and creatures to gather, fight, survive and thrive.

Our story also carries some social criticism (think business idiot billionaire took it upon himself to "save the world" 🙄 and now we're all living with the consequences aka climate fiction) and is all about havinig hope and helping each other. You'll run into familiar freaks like the "Business Punk" who prays to the crypto-gods or the "Toxic Boss" who knows how to create a great work culture...
